The boys did well on the drive up, with us stopping at the Hattiesburg Zoo for a break, and they were so excited to see Meme and spend some time with their great-grand parents.
So many photos, so many photos. A few of my favorites are below detailing our fun two days.
The top two photos are of RF's last trip to Brookhaven when he was just shy of one.
The bottom two photos are of RF this time around - same tricycle, same number of smiles with excitement...
Surveying the tractors and the trucks on Papaw's land...
Ellis and Mamaw doing some front porch sitting...
Mr. Ellis chasing behind his big brother on the tricycle...

Wandering around Mamaw and Papaw's property...
Beautiful...
Aunt Ernestine, who lives next door, has a dog named Bella and RF fell in love with her...
Running to see Bella...

Riding one of Papaw's tractors...
Driving the tractor...

Following in Papaw's footsteps...
That face...
Riding another tractor with Papaw...
Ellis joined RF on the white tractor, too...
Talking to Papaw about driving the tractor...
Drinking from the water hose…summertime in the south...
Of course, Mr. Ellis had to play with the water hose, too...
"Swimming" in Meme's new pool...
Ugh…that sweet, sweet face…
Crawling around in Meme's new pool...
Running around in the water...
Having a blast...
After a fun morning playing in the water, a nap, in a pallet - just like his mama used to do...
Crawling all over the front porch...
Can we say, SWEET?
There's that face again...
